The smaller commissions: mirrors, side tables, long shallow consoles. They are what a buyer adds to load a container properly, and they are also where we try something before it reaches a full range.
Because they are small, proportionally more of each one is handwork: a stone top cut to size here, a frame pieced from offcuts kept back off the floor. Variation across a run is higher, and on one or two designs that is the entire point.
